The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented AVP AI & Financial Accounting & Controls professional with a strong accounting foundation to join our Strategic Change Delivery team. In this role, you are responsible for the integrity of financial outputs across automated and AI‑enabled processes. You will own key activities such as reconciliations, variance analysis, and act as the team’s liaison for audit and compliance activities. This role is central to ensuring that the adoption of automation and AI strengthens controls across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Risk functions.

Base salary: Starting at 125,000, plus bonus
The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis considering a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
