We're looking for an Axiom Business Analyst who knows AxiomSL (ControllerView) inside out and has actually shipped FR 2052a or FR Y-15 reporting at a major bank before, not just read about it. Role and responsibilities Run a full GAP analysis on our data setup against what FR 2052a and FR Y-15 actually require, pinpointing where fields are missing, granularity falls short, or quality breaks down Sit with Finance business teams to really understand our products, then connect the dots to what the reports need Tell data architects and upstream teams exactly which data to go get, whether that's transactional, counterparty, collateral, or balance sheet data Turn dense Fed regulatory language into BRDs and FRDs that people can actually work from Map data step by step from source systems into the Axiom ODS and consolidated data model Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, or similar 10+ years as a Business Analyst in a CIB Real hands-on time in AxiomSL (ControllerView) At least one full lifecycle implementation of FR 2052a or FR Y-15 at a major bank, this is a must Solid grounding in financial products Comfortable in PowerBI and SQL, and used to working with large, messy data sets Strong communicator and natural leader, someone who can push a topic to the finish line Company’s Benefits At Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including: 💵 Competitive salary between USD $110,000 - US$140,000 💸401(k) retirement plan with company matching 🌴15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out) 📴8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year ❤️‍🩹Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSA 🦺Voluntary STD and LTD 🚍 Commuter/transit benefits All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
