Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with increasing autonomy as experience grows.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to define pipeline needs and implement automated delivery workflows.
• Provision and configure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Write and maintain scripts to automate recurring operational tasks.
• Integrate monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog) into existing environments.
• Document workflows, patterns, and CI/CD best practices for team reference.
• Respond to and help resolve incidents related to infrastructure and pipeline failures.
• Actively contribute to DevOps initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Proactively learn and apply new tools, technologies, and practices within the Azure ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in software development, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and CI/CD concepts.
• Proficiency with at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
• Solid experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multiple teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative working style.
• Advanced English proficiency — required for daily communication with international teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines or similar platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes concepts).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Application Insights, or Grafana.
• Understanding of cloud security fundamentals (RBAC, Key Vault, Azure Policy).
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification (AZ-900) or similar is a plus.
