DR Outsourcing is looking for a motivated, professional, and confident B2B Appointment setter to join our team in the Dominican Republic.
If you’re fluent in English, comfortable speaking with U.S. business professionals, and enjoy connecting with people over the phone, this could be a great opportunity for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Make B2B outbound calls to companies from provided lead lists to schedule appointments for their sales reps.
• Research and verify business information
• Collect decision-maker names, job titles, phone numbers, emails, and departments
• Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed call notes
• Remove duplicate, invalid, or disconnected contacts
• Identify qualified opportunities for the U.S. sales team
• Maintain a professional and courteous experience on every call
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Fluent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation (C2 Level required)
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• Professional and confident phone etiquette
• Strong communication and questioning skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Persistent, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to navigate gatekeepers and identify decision-makers
• Basic computer skills and CRM experience
• Previous B2B calling, lead qualification, appointment setting, contact verification, or customer service experience is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be currently living in the Dominican Republic
• Immediate availability is required
• Female candidates preferred
• Strong English communication skills are essential
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
