Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced B2B Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to join our team in a fully remote position.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential business clients, contact relevant decision-makers, introduce our company and services, and book qualified sales appointments for our management team.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant B2B leads.
• Find contact details of decision-makers.
• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce the company and explain our services clearly.
• Qualify prospects based on their requirements and interest.
• Book meetings with interested and qualified prospects.
• Follow up with potential clients by phone, email, or LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, responses, and appointments.
• Provide regular updates on outreach activity and results.

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, telesales, or appointment setting.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to handle objections and communicate with senior decision-makers.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM systems, or similar lead-generation tools is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and a quiet working environment.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve appointment targets.

Experience working with market research, technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional service companies will be an advantage.
