Core Responsibilities
Design, implement, and review policies for granting, maintaining, and expanding B2B credit limits. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Overdue, Bad Debt, and payment behavior across the active portfolio. Collaborate with the Data team in creating Credit Scoring and Behavior Scoring models specific to Wellhub's business model.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related quantitative fields. Proven track record in B2B Credit Risk, specifically in developing credit policies, limit management, and risk-based pricing. Advanced SQL for data extraction and proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
