This strategic role will partner closely with business leaders to develop and execute growth-focused marketing initiatives, support new service launches, and drive measurable business results. Responsibilities
- Partner with service line leaders to understand business objectives, growth priorities, and market opportunities.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that support business growth and align with broader marketing goals.
- Identify and recommend innovative marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue opportunities.
- Support the successful launch and promotion of new services and offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing centers of excellence and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to annual marketing planning and budget development for assigned service lines.
- Monitor marketing investments and ensure resources are aligned to strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to marketing leadership and key stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and marketing best practices to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the organization.
- Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to business leaders while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7-9 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, or a similarly complex business environment.
- Experience developing and executing growth-focused marketing campaigns, programs, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience influencing and collaborating across teams without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Ability to quickly learn new industries, services, and business concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated success working in complex, matrixed organizations and driving measurable business outcomes through marketing initiatives.
