Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Sales professional at Instalimb. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective business clients such as clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, NGOs, and distributors, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual sales meetings and product presentations, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts. The B2B Sales professional will collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, gather feedback from partners, and provide input to improve products and services. The role also includes maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking sales performance against targets, and reporting key metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals with organizational clients.
• Experience in relationship management, account management, and customer success within a business-focused environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities.
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or assistive technologies is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, online meeting tools, and basic data analysis to track and improve sales performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical, inclusive, and customer-centered sales practices.
