B2B Sales Associate — English, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish speaker (Hybrid/Helsinki)

Haypoint is a Finnish growth-stage company operating in the SaaS sector. We support technology-driven portfolio companies in customer acquisition and sales development. Our current portfolio includes companies such as Vello, Askem, Eventilla, and Applixure.

We are growing fast — new portfolio companies are set to join us soon, and we need experienced sellers on the team right now to keep up the momentum. We are actively hiring multiple sellers across multiple languages to work with Applixure, Smartinfo, and other upcoming portfolio companies and projects.

⭐️What you'll do

• Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and supporting implementation
• Actively find and source new potential leads to build your own pipeline
• Cold call and contact prospects directly
• Book meetings, keeping your pitch simple and sharp
• Run demos and close the deals

What we expect from you

• Relevant education in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in sales, particularly in B2B outbound or full-cycle closing
• Ability to work independently, set goals, and meet agreed targets
• Fluent English (required for all roles) + native-level Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish depending on the target market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Interest in technology and SaaS

• Compensation: 15,63 €/h + performance-based commission (MRR-based) with no upper limit on commission
