MAESTRO FAHÁZ is part of an established group of companies that has been manufacturing premium wooden houses across Europe since 2008, from private homes and holiday cabins to business premises.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage inbound leads and guide customers through the sales process.

REMOTE WORK — fully remote position.

Your responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads — no cold calling
• Consult customers by phone, email, and online
• Understand their needs and recommend the right solution
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Manage customer communication throughout the sales process
• Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM data
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

What we're looking for

• Fluent German or Hungarian
• Excellent English
• Proven B2C or B2B sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven and highly self-motivated
• CRM experience is a plus

Salary

€1,300–€1,500 net/month base salary + uncapped bonuses

• Typical total: €3,000–€8,000+ net/month
• Top performers: €10,000–€15,000+ net/month
• No commission ceiling

Work model: fully remote position.
