Your mission
→ Handle incoming leads from marketing channels – no cold calling!
→ Consult clients by phone, email, and online, guiding them through the entire journey
→ Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close deals
→ Understand customer needs and provide expert advice before and after the sale
→ Hit and exceed your goals – because effort always pays off here
What we're looking for
Fluency in Portuguese (depending on your market)
Good English for internal communication
Proven B2C or B2B sales experience (phone, email, or online)
Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM systems – a strong plus
