BAC Operator BAC Operator Manager: Trading Operations Manager Department: Trading Location: HQ Dundalk Role Description The purpose of the role is to support the BAC and Racing Desk. To deliver excellent service and communication to Boylesports ever growing Retail estate and online platforms in the areas of bet acceptance, payment clearance, digital monitoring and trading-related queries. Core Duties and Responsibilities | BAC duties • Authorisation of bet clearance for the retail estate and digital platforms supporting the BAC and profiling team. • Authorisation of bet payments across all channels of the business ensuring translation and settlement of bets are correct and valid. • Monitor and control company liabilities on racing, football and sporting events supporting the Racing, Football and Sports trading teams. • Servicing call referrals from the retail estate, providing a friendly and efficient service regarding odds /market enquiries, bet settlement, rulebook and customer queries. • Provide periodic, accurate reports to the BAC manager/trading director when required. Candidate’s requirements • A strong betting and industry knowledge • Track record in Boylesports / external of performing to a high standard. • General understanding of odds compilation and market movements. • Full understanding of all Boylesports offers, concessions, sportsbook rulebook and trading liabilities. • Excellent knowledge of Boylesports digital platforms (Mobile App & Desktop ) • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, be time efficient, and work as part of a team and independently when required.
