Back End Developer

Salary Range: ¥5M – ¥10M+ per year

Depending on role and experience. Senior roles may go beyond this range!

Who We’re Looking For?

• 2+ years of backend development experience
• JLPT N3 or higher is preferred, but not required
• Currently living in Japan
• Japanese and foreign nationals are welcome!

No JLPT? No problem!

If you’ve worked in a fully Japanese work environment and can communicate confidently at a business level, you’re good to go.

Overseas applicants:

You must have at least 1 year of experience working in or with a Japanese company/team.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable backend systems and APIs
• Build scalable and high-performance applications
• Work with databases, cloud services, and system integrations
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and other teams
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve system performance and reliability
