🚨 Hiring: Senior Backend Developer (Team Manager) | Poland | Remote

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer / Team Manager to join our engineering team in a role combining hands-on backend development with team management and stakeholder coordination.

📍 Location: Warsaw / Krakow, Poland

🏠 Work Mode: Remote within Poland only

Important: Candidates must currently be based in Poland and must remain in Poland for the duration of the engagement.

💼 Employment: Permanent or B2B ONLY

📅 B2B Contract: 12 months, with possibility of extension

🧑 💻 Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience ONLY

🌐 English: Mandatory

💰 Compensation: Market average

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and internal/external engineering teams
• Work closely with the Product Owner on the product backlog
• Define acceptance criteria, user stories, and sprint goals aligned with business objectives
• Act as an escalation point for risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
• Combine hands-on software development with team management responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of large-scale enterprise applications
• Promote an Agile mindset and effective team collaboration
