As a global deep-tech company originating from Japan, we conduct continuous R&D with the mission of creating the "de facto global infrastructure." We are currently driving a project with international organizations to build a cross-border remittance platform utilizing stablecoins. You will play a critical role in driving massive new businesses by exploring novel blockchain development and building the core technologies that serve as our business foundation. You will have the autonomy to conduct independent research based on business challenges and implement solutions referencing English academic papers. This role offers the unique thrill of bringing unprecedented, cutting-edge technologies to the world while deepening your expertise in blockchain and cross-chain solutions.

■ Minimum Requirements

- Development experience requiring solid foundational implementation skills (e.g., development of libraries/middleware, publicly released products like OSS/peer-reviewed papers, or highly complex systems involving high load, high reliability, or distributed architecture).

- Ability to read English technical literature/papers and implement solutions based on them.

- Fundamental knowledge of algorithms, data structures, networking, security, and design patterns.

- Strong interest in the underlying technologies that make up blockchains.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Implementation experience in blockchain or related peripheral technologies.

- Advanced knowledge of distributed systems, security/cryptography, and concurrent/asynchronous programming.

- English conversational communication skills.

- A strong appetite for highly complex technical challenges, demonstrated by experiences such as OSS contributions.
