At Oxylabs, you'll work on APIs and systems that operate at genuinely high loads — hundreds of servers handling hundreds of thousands of requests per second — in a fully containerized environment we've been running on Kubernetes in production for over seven years. This is an early-stage, fast-growing project where you'll own real problems end to end, influence technical direction, and get your hands on big data every single day. What you'll do: Design and build systems and solutions that scale effortlessly Write clean, tested, and documented code that delivers real business value Own the entire development cycle — from research and prototyping to deployment Deliver and review technical designs, code, and documentation Contribute to technical decision-making in an early-stage, fast-growing project Create, review, and maintain multiple microservices, optimizing them for performance and stability Your skills & experiences: Deep knowledge of Golang Some experience with — or genuine interest in — other programming languages Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases: how they work, how to write optimized queries, and how to debug them A firm belief in why automated tests can save the world Experience with (or strong curiosity about) real-time data processing and event streaming Passion for technology and a habit of constantly trying something new Hands-on experience with some of the technologies we use extensively: Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, Kafka, MySQL clusters, GitLab CI, Redis Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change You value playful communication over corporate BS Nice to have: Experience with DevOps practices (deployment pipelines, automation, etc.) A clue on how web scraping works Our tech stack: Golang Kafka Redis Kubernetes Microservices GitLab SQL & NoSQL Salary & Benefits: Gross salary: 4000 - 6500 EUR/month.
