Backend Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a Backend Engineer to build and maintain production-grade services that power our HR, payroll, and compliance platform. You will work on core backend systems that help global businesses scale their teams efficiently and compliantly. What You'll Do Design and develop robust REST APIs using C# and .NET. Work with PostgreSQL to design, query, and maintain relational databases. Contribute to microservices architecture decisions and implementations. Deploy and maintain services on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, continuous delivery. Write clean, well-tested, production-grade code that meets high reliability standards. What We're Looking For 3 to 5 years of professional backend engineering experience shipping production-grade code. Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem. Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design. Proven track record building and maintaining REST APIs. Familiarity with microservices architecture patterns. Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: PHP 50,000 to PHP 80,000 per month. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Location This is a fully remote role.
