Senovo IT is looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join a platform engineering team building an Analytics Workspaces Platform based on Azure, Databricks and Power BI.

Key Requirements

• Strong Backend / Software Engineering experience
• Excellent Python skills
• Strong Microsoft Azure architecture experience
• Experience building production APIs and backend automation
• Strong knowledge of API design, modular monolith architecture, testing and CI/CD
• Experience with containerization and Infrastructure as Code
• Understanding of bounded contexts and well-defined API/module boundaries

Nice to have

• Terraform
• Experience with Databricks or Power BI APIs
• Platform engineering / developer platforms
• FinOps / cost management
• Event-driven architecture or workflow orchestration

What you'll do

• Build and evolve APIs for analytics workspace provisioning and governance
• Integrate with Databricks, Power BI and Azure
• Develop CI/CD automation for analytics assets
• Build cost monitoring and governance automation
• Develop self-service tools for analytics engineers
