Backend-Focused Full-Stack Developer (Golang)

Location: Pakistan only

Work arrangement: Fully remote

Salary: Rs. 300,000–450,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang
• Build secure, reliable APIs and backend architecture
• Optimize application performance through profiling, monitoring, and testing
• Design efficient database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies
• Apply a code-first development approach, with schemas and models driven by code
• Strengthen application security through rate limiting, API hardening, and protection against DDoS attacks, SQL injection, and cross-site scripting (XSS)
• Contribute to system designs that can transition toward microservices as the platform grows
• Collaborate on front-end integrations and broader full-stack development requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in backend-focused full-stack development
• Deep understanding of Golang, including concurrency, performance optimization, and profiling
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, query optimization, and indexing
• Experience with code-first schemas, models, and migrations
• Solid understanding of backend and API security best practices
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture and scalable system design
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Software Engineering
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
