Backend JAVA Developer

Technical Skills • Strong Java development experience, including object-oriented programming, backend services, and integration workflows. • Hands-on experience with API development and integration, including RESTful services, authentication patterns, and data transformation. • Proficiency with Apache Kafka, including producing/consuming messages, schema management, and troubleshooting distributed data pipelines. • Experience developing and scheduling cron jobs or other automated/background tasks within enterprise environments. • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries, tune performance, and troubleshoot issues. • Experience working with Oracle databases, including stored procedures, schema design, and performance optimization. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines—preferably using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions. • Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, especially in environments with multiple upstream/downstream systems. Domain Knowledge • Familiarity with Fleet Management / Vehicle Maintenance Systems or other asset management domains. • Understanding of Inventory Management concepts, parts workflows, and related system integrations.
