In this role, you will utilize your pharmacy knowledge to assist with medication-related inquiries, support prescription processing activities, and provide exceptional customer service to patients. If so, we ask that you bring the following: Education Requirements - High School Diploma or GED Active TX Pharmacy Technician/Trainee License Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills Strong computer skills that help you to efficiently maneuver through multiple applications simultaneously Authorization to work in the United States We would love if you had: Minimum of 6 months experience in a remote call center environment National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) Pharmacy, call center, or member services experience Knowledge of diabetic supplies and pharmacy operations Everise is committed to keeping our employees and our workplaces safe during these uncertain times.
