Role description ---------------- The Banking & Financial Services Expert Commentary role is a remote contract position open to experts located anywhere in the United Kingdom. You will provide clear, accurate commentary on commercial and retail banking, credit, payments, capital allocation, regulation, risk, and customer behavior. The expected commitment is approximately four hours per month. You will review Authority.inc research, datasets, and forecasts to identify errors, weak assumptions, and missing context. Your commentary will be used to fine-tune the most accurate forecasting models in the world. These models are designed to predict events, decisions, and outcomes across banking and financial services markets globally. You may be featured as an expert correspondent for your specialist niche, market segment, or geographic area. Qualifications -------------- At least five years of professional experience in banking and financial services. Deep knowledge of at least one relevant vertical, function, or specialist discipline. Firsthand experience with the sector’s decisions, operations, risks, and market dynamics. Ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely in written and verbal form.
