Their in-house built gateway and customizable integrations support regional payment methods, making them a key player in the payment service provider industry. Role Overview As a Banking & Payment Operations Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive the development of payment operations. You'll work in a hybrid role based in Riga, focusing on enhancing payment infrastructure, cross-border payments, and multi-currency accounts. This high-impact position allows you to manage complex B2B relationships and contribute to the company’s strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and transform payment and settlement processes. Oversee domestic and international payment methods, including correspondent banking and clearing. Open bank accounts and establish correspondent banking relationships. Ensure compliance with AML, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring. Translate operational requirements into business and technology specifications. Manage developers, external vendors, and integration projects. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with banking partners. Requirements Significant experience in banking operations, international payments, or payment infrastructure. Proven experience building or transforming payment and settlement processes. Strong understanding of domestic and international payment methods and compliance controls. Practical experience opening bank accounts and establishing correspondent banking relationships. Strong understanding of AML, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and payment compliance controls. Languages: English, Russian. Experience in fintech.
