Basis Administrator

🚀 SAP Basis Administrator | German | Remote from Romania

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to support the stable, secure, and high-performance operation of a complex SAP system landscape.

What you'll be working on:

• Installing and configuring SAP systems

• Performing day-to-day SAP Basis administration

• Monitoring SAP systems and optimizing system performance

• Planning and carrying out updates, upgrades, and maintenance activities

• Managing SAP transport processes

• Managing backup and recovery processes

• Implementing and maintaining SAP security requirements

• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues

• Supporting SAP projects and further system developments

Tech stack & requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in SAP Basis Administration

• Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver

• Experience with SAP HANA

• Experience with SAP ASE

• Strong Linux knowledge

• Experience with system monitoring, performance optimization, backup, recovery, and transport management

• Completed degree or vocational training in IT, or a comparable qualification

• Analytical and structured approach to work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good command of German (written and spoken)
