Job Description: We are seeking highly experienced Workday and enterprise transformation professionals to support a large-scale, multi-wave Human Capital Management transformation program. The role will provide specialized expertise across program and project management, Workday solution architecture, functional design and configuration, data architecture and conversion, integration architecture and development, security architecture and governance, reporting and analytics, testing and quality assurance, organizational readiness, deployment support, and operational stabilization. Resources may be engaged on an as-needed basis and are expected to contribute across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, stabilization, and sustainment activities within a complex, multi-organization environment. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant professional experience aligned with their area of specialization and demonstrated experience supporting large-scale Workday implementations or transformation initiatives. Candidates should have experience working with multiple stakeholders, governance bodies, and delivery partners, along with experience in enterprise-scale HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Finance, Digital, or ERP transformation programs. Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills are required, as is experience working in highly regulated environments involving governance, privacy, security, and compliance requirements. Candidates must be able to work remotely within Canada and align with program operating hours. Experience with Workday implementations supporting more than 50,000 employees, Canadian healthcare environments, public-sector organizations, multi-wave deployments, large-scale testing, deployment readiness, and operational stabilization will be considered an asset.
