The role
We're looking for a
driven, high-energy BDR
who thrives on opening doors and creating opportunities, someone with a genuine hunger to make an
impact from day one
.
You'll join a team of 3 BDRs led by Stefano as BDR Team Lead, working closely with Simon, our Account Executive to keep the pipeline constantly fueled with qualified meetings.

What you'll actually be doing
Book qualified meetings
for the AE by identifying and connecting with decision makers at target-market prospects, through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn), growth-team leads, and re-engaging lost or underworked CRM opportunities.
Ensure a smooth, well-prepared handoff
to the AE for every qualified meeting.
Keep the CRM organized
and current, following established processes.
Track and analyze performance data
(meetings booked and how they convert into deals) to spot areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the BDR Team Lead and AE
, sharing feedback and insights to continuously improve the sales process.

What we offer:
Salary:
The gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €30K to €34K depending on relevant experience and fit with the role.
