Your Impact You’ll welcome, train, and mentor new Behavior Interventionists—helping them feel confident, supported, and ready to deliver high-quality ABA services. What You’ll Do Lead live, remote ABA training cohorts Mentor new hires through onboarding Create an engaging, positive first experience Provide real-time feedback and coaching Partner with home centers on scheduling and readiness Track training completion and engagement Share performance feedback with leadership Help improve and evolve our training programs What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in psychology, ABA, or related field 1+ year experience as a Behavior Interventionist (ABA) Strong ABA knowledge and communication skills Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting others Organized, reliable, and self-motivated Able to lift up to 30lbs Meets background, TB, and employment requirements Nice to Have Mentorship or training experience Group facilitation or presentation skills Microsoft Office proficiency Scheduling or practice management software experience Why 360 Behavioral Health?
