Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) –Carlsbad, NM Company: ABA.CO, a Finni Health company Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 8 am- 3 pm or 12 pm - 8 pm Pay: $16-$21 per hour About the Role ABA.CO, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Carlsbad, NM . In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.
