You’ll be doing things like: ✨ Evaluating, developing & delivering evidence-based support plans ✨ Creating meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework ✨ Building capacity in the people who support our participants, families, carers, friends, support workers ✨ Working alongside a brilliant multidisciplinary team ✨ Championing the reduction (and elimination!) of restrictive practices And, because we like to keep it real: 👉 This is NOT a stepping stone to becoming a psychologist. 👉 It’s a meaningful, legitimate, highly skilled career all on its own. 🙌 About You You’ll thrive with us if you: ✔ Have a degree in OT, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Social Work or similar ✔ Live within a 20 minute radius of either Melton ✔ Have experience reading or creating, implementing or reviewing behaviour support plans ✔ Have a genuine passion for disability support ✔ Have experience working with challenging behaviours ✔ Love working with humans AND are competent with writing reprots (Yes, there will be paperwork) 🎁 What’s In It For You?
