In this role you will: Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs. Create evidence-based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances. Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
