Open Positions: Senior Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Remote (Later onsite in Ahmedabad)
Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Key Responsibilities
• Market consultant profiles to implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and hiring managers.
• Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews and placements.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team performance.
• Achieve weekly and monthly placement targets.
Bench Sales Recruiter
• Market consultant profiles across the US staffing network.
• Identify suitable job opportunities and submit consultants to open requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Build long-term relationships with vendors and consultants.
Preferred Skills:
• 2–5 years of experience in the Bench process
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
