Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Benefits Administration Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end administration, operational governance, and regulatory compliance for international benefit plans across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. You will join a collaborative, regional Total Rewards team dedicated to balancing global corporate strategy with local relevance to deliver an exceptional employee experience. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Execute end-to-end administration for benefit plans—including vendor implementation, annual open enrollments, billing processing, and routine data quality assurance—to deliver seamless operational support and accurate reporting. Collaborate with external benefit vendors, the Benefits Center of Excellence, Total Rewards peers, and regional Human Resources teams to monitor vendor performance, manage billing, and resolve complex employee escalations. Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and paid-time-off programs by maintaining an updated compliance matrix and audit-ready documentation across the region. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: Progressive international benefits administration experience in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Strong knowledge of complex data set analysis, census file management, and practical experience with Human Resources management platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow. Proven ability in problem-solving, organizational agility, and continuous process improvement within a matrixed corporate environment. Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
