About the Role

Our client is a growing international technology and infrastructure company with multiple entities across Europe, the US and Asia. As the business continues to expand, the HR department is looking for a Rewards and Benefits Specialist to support and further develop the company’s global compensation and benefits strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating and administering employee compensation programs, including salary structures, short- and long-term incentives, RSU plans, job evaluations, salary increases and salary surveys. You will help ensure consistency, competitiveness and standardization in the company’s global compensation philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary structures and short- and long-term incentive plans.
  • Design and develop career frameworks across different entities using local market benchmarks.
  • Advise senior HR leadership on salary market trends, compensation positioning and salary adjustments.
  • Benchmark incentive compensation plans and employee benefits, and recommend improvements to keep reward programs competitive.
  • Coordinate annual salary increase processes and company bonus calculations.
  • Design, monitor and report on HR and reward-related metrics across global entities.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies and best practices in compensation and benefits.
  • Manage RSU-related processes, including employee communication, vendor coordination and information sessions where required.
  • Support the preparation of departmental operational budgets and reward-related reports.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar rewards, compensation or benefits role.
  • Experience setting up or administering RSU and/or ESPP programs is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment law and tax-related reward considerations.
  • Compensation certification is advantageous.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analytical, structured and comfortable working with data.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and improvement-focused.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across different levels, countries and remote teams.
