What You’ll Be Doing Meeting virtually with working families to educate them on their available benefits Building relationships and communicating with clients throughout the enrollment process Conducting virtual presentations and consultations Helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions Developing strong communication, presentation, and sales skills Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development Requirements Strong leadership potential with natural team-building instincts Excellent communication and coaching abilities, especially via virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom) Ability to analyze sales data and implement performance-improvement strategies Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools Background in sales, customer service, or leadership is advantageous A degree is welcome but not required—performance and initiative are what matter most Remote | Training Provided | Leadership Development | Career Growth Flexible schedule, mentorship from top industry leaders, opportunities for national and international travel.
