We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to turn operational, security, and business data into clear, actionable insights. You will build dashboards, reports, and analyses that help leadership, operations, and client-facing teams improve service delivery, measure performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions across our managed detection & response (MDR), advisory, and incident response offerings. About the role Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (primarily using Power BI or similar tools) that track key operational and business metrics (e.g., ticket volume/resolution times, threat detection rates, client health scores, SLA performance, revenue/utilization, incident trends). Gather, clean, model, and analyze data from multiple sources (SIEM platforms, ticketing systems, CRM, finance tools, threat intelligence feeds, and internal databases). Collaborate with operations, security engineering, sales, and leadership to define KPIs, requirements, and reporting needs. Perform root-cause and trend analysis on security events, client performance, and internal processes to surface opportunities for improvement. Automate recurring reports and data pipelines where possible to reduce manual effort. Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support ad-hoc analysis requests and help drive a stronger data-informed culture across the company. Ensure data quality, documentation, and basic data governance practices. About you Required Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar role (cybersecurity, MSSP, managed services, or SaaS experience is a strong plus). Strong proficiency with Power BI (or Tableau/Looker) — including data modeling, DAX, visualizations, and publishing. Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses. Experience with data cleaning, ETL concepts, and working with imperfect real-world data sources. Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate insights effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, SIEM tools, MDR platforms, or security operations metrics. Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis. Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience in a professional services, MSP, or regulated-industry environment. Understanding of basic statistics and data storytelling techniques. What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package. Opportunity to work with a high-impact cybersecurity team protecting businesses globally. Collaborative environment with room to shape reporting and analytics practices. Professional development support.
