Responsibilities Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets from various sources (e.g., blockchain transactions, financial markets, and customer data), using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify patterns, trends, and insights Developing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL queries (Columnar databases) to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility, perform statistical data analysis Leveraging your expertise in Python to design and implement advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and to develop data-driven strategies for our products and services Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and results, ensuring that key findings are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders Working with key stakeholders to identify needs and report outputs to answer questions and drive decisions Staying current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, blockchain, and finance, and identifying opportunities for improving our data infrastructure and analytical capabilities Requirements 3+ years of BI/Analytics experience English B2+ and experience of verbal communication in international teams Strong knowledge of SQL Strong experience with Tableau data visualization Internally-motivated, self-starter mindset with an analytical thinking and curiousity to help find insights and show the value of data-driven decision making Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with technical and non-technical teams Strong organization and presentation skills Detail-oriented approach with a passion for analytics and problem-solving Nice to have Experience with Vertica or similar columnar database Demonstrable experience in the blockchain or finance domain Experience or familiarity with forecasting data (Python, R) Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes in Apache Airflow Experience or familiarity with Machine Learning algorithms and their real-world advantages/drawbacks Experience of ML models development Why should you choose Coinspaid?
