RAD Search are working with a highly regarded design-led architectural studio in the heart of Dublin, currently looking to welcome a Bid Manager/Coordinator to their team.
The studio has built a brilliant reputation through their quality of work and thoughtful design approach. Our client is a mid-sized team with a collaborative environment; it’s a place where ideas are valued and individuals are given the space to contribute meaningfully.
Their portfolio is varied, with a strong focus on design-led projects across residential, commercial, cultural and public realm schemes, alongside competition work. The team are actively involved in international competitions and have won multiple awards.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the studio’s Directors and design teams to identify opportunities, develop compelling submissions and present the practice and its work in the best possible way.
You’ll be involved in managing tenders and EOIs from start to finish, preparing pre-tender questionnaires and bid submissions, developing project case studies and practice credentials, coordinating presentations and marketing material, and supporting the team in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
The role would suit someone who is highly organised, a strong communicator and enjoys bringing together people, information and ideas to create polished, considered submissions. Experience within an architectural, design, engineering or professional services environment would be highly beneficial.
Salary
€50,000 to €60,000 per annum. (Dependant on experience)
