We're looking for a Bid & Proposals Manager to drive strategic bids, collaborate across international teams, and help turn opportunities into business success. How you'll make an impact Partner closely with regional sales teams to support presales activities and lead end-to-end bidding and proposal processes. Drive the preparation and submission of competitive proposals, ensuring compliance with legal, technical, and financial requirements while managing risks and meeting deadlines. Develop and analyze cost models and financial structures to ensure sustainable project cash flow, considering risks and both direct and indirect costs. Coordinate with solution specialists to align technical solutions with commercial proposals and customer requirements. Monitor and manage the pipeline, maintaining clear visibility of opportunities, submitted offers, and their status. Stay up to date with market trends and technological developments relevant to the company portfolio. Identify and develop upselling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team across new and existing clients. Ensure adherence to internal processes and continuously improve efficiency through strong cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing. What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience managing private and public tenders, ideally within ITS environments. Strong ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, with excellent prioritization and organizational skills. Solid analytical mindset with attention to detail in evaluating scopes, requirements, and objectives. Engineering degree. Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English.
