ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Document Controller to join the team of Buildings in our offices in Bilbao and participate in complex international projects within the building industry. This position is primarily office-based and combines document control activities with occasional travel to project sites. The successful candidate will participate in the delivery of complex international building projects, supporting project teams during mobilization, implementation and key delivery phases, while ensuring effective document management throughout the project lifecycle. Have between 3 and 5 years of experience in document management. Have experience in requirements analysis in the area of project deliverables and bid management/control. Monitoring the status of documents produced Have knowledge in using Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Aconex and SharePoint for the management, control and distribution of project documentation Experience in document control for construction and building projects, including the management of design documentation, RFIs, submittals, technical deliverables, as-built documentation and handover dossiers. Are an Advanced user of Microsoft Office and document management platforms. Knowledge of BIM-based workflows and construction project information management will be valued Are a team player with technical excellence. Can work independently with a flair for innovation.
