Bilingual AI Training Lead

Background:

This is a "Team Leader" position for a project that aims to transition the “AI Talent Factory”—an AI talent development program for university students that the Indonesian government has been piloting since 2025—from a pilot phase to a sustainable system. The scope of work includes improving program design, standardizing operational structures, establishing collaboration models with industry, and formulating a medium- to long-term roadmap.

Responsibilities:

On-site assignments will be for a minimum of 2 weeks, with 3 weeks being the standard duration. Total on-site stays over the 2-year period are estimated to be approximately 3–4 months. During on-site stays, you will not be 100% tied to local tasks; the arrangement allows you to work on other remote assignments.

It sounds like a project where you’ll advance the project from Japan while also spending about 2–3 weeks on-site serving as an AI instructor.

Qualifications:

・Practical experience in AI

・Graduate degree required; a master’s degree or higher is preferred.

・Bilingual (English & Japanese is mandatory). English TOEIC score of 800–860 or higher.

・IT Related certifications is plus.
