Our mission is Building Better Tax Businesses™, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Bilingual Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant based in Colombia to join our team.
This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is interested in sales, and wants the opportunity to grow professionally within our company.
What You'll Do
• Contact leads who have shown interest in our products and services
• Make outbound follow-up calls daily
• Communicate professionally with prospects in English and Spanish
• Qualify leads using our scripts and processes
• Ask questions to understand each prospect's needs
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
• Confirm appointments and follow up with no-shows
• Follow up consistently by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain accurate notes and activities in our CRM
• Learn our products, services, and sales process
Who We're Looking For
• Fluent Spanish and B2+ conversational English
• Confident speaking on the phone in both English and Spanish
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Coachable, dependable, and eager to learn
• Interested in developing a career in sales
• Comfortable working with goals and performance metrics
• Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, call centers, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales is preferred
Experience in the U.S. tax industry is not required. Training on our products, services, scripts, systems, and processes will be provided.
Remote Work Requirements
You must have:
• Reliable computer
• Stable high-speed internet
• Professional headset
• Quiet and professional workspace
• Availability to work Monday through Friday on a schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
Compensation
$6 USD per hour + performance incentives
This is a full-time schedule under a remote contractor arrangement.

You will begin by learning our products, communicating with prospects, qualifying leads, following up, and scheduling appointments.
As you develop your product knowledge and sales skills, there will be opportunities to take on additional sales responsibilities.
Our intended development path is:
Appointment Setter / VA → Sales Development → Closer
Advancement is based on performance, product knowledge, communication skills, reliability, and demonstrated sales ability.
