A growing U.S. law firm is seeking a dependable, professional Client Support Assistant to communicate with English-speaking clients and help keep their cases moving forward.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and secure messaging
• Assist clients with document requests, appointments, and case-related updates
• Follow up on missing information and deadlines
• Document communications and update case files
• Coordinate with attorneys and other team members to address client needs

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Client service, customer service, call center, office, or legal experience
• Professional and confident phone communication
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Dependable, patient, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A high level of integrity, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality

Legal experience is welcome but not required. Paid training is provided.
