This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Credit Agent. This position is a great opportunity to build on existing customer service skills as well as to learn consumer credit profile decision-making. Fine tune your multi-tasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also be able to use both French and English languages daily in this fantastic team environment. Key responsibilities of the position include: Support approvers in the analysis of credit files; Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files; Responding to customer calls and emails; Data entry of customer files; Credit adjudication (training provided); Providing superior professional service to valued clients.
