We are currently seeking a Disability Coordinator to join our growing Disability Management team on a one-year fixed-term contract . Bilingual (French/English) candidates are strongly preferred; however, we also welcome applications from candidates who are fluent in English only. This is a highly administrative role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Working closely with Case Managers, clients, and claimants, you will play an integral role in coordinating disability case administration and ensuring a positive client experience. What You'll Do Coordinate and maintain disability case files from initiation through ongoing administration. Prepare and distribute claimant packages, forms, and correspondence. Review incoming documentation for completeness and accuracy. Accurately enter and maintain claimant information within internal databases. Communicate with claimants, healthcare providers, and client contacts by phone and email. Provide administrative support to Disability Case Managers. Process invoices and maintain accurate billing records and reports. Generate reports and ensure documentation complies with internal processes and client requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. What You'll Bring Fluency in English is required. Fluency in both English and French is considered a strong asset. Knowledge of disability management practices, short-term disability policies, Workers' Compensation/WSIB legislation, Human Rights legislation, or related legislation is considered an asset. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team. Previous administrative experience in healthcare, disability management, insurance, or a related field is considered an asset. Why Join Kii Health?
