Bilingual Intake Specialist - Part Time

Our Intake Specialists conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if the potential case falls within the scope of our practice areas. This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates or customer service-oriented professionals looking to gain experience in the legal industry. Responsibilities: Monitor all inbound marketing lead sources and follow up with potential clients; Handle incoming phone calls from prospective clients; Collect appropriate information and provide concise fact summaries, both written and verbal; Collaborate with attorneys at every level of the Firm to discuss case summaries; Input and track appropriate data into CRM system; Sign up new clients and handle all new case documentation. Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish; Sales experience preferred; Capable of working in a fast paced environment; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Strong multi-tasking skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Reliable internet connection; Previous work in a law firm a plus; College degree preferred, not required.
