If you're a bilingual therapist who believes culturally responsive care isn't an added benefit — it's essential to effective care — we'd love to have you join us. 🎒 What You'll Do As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, trauma-informed care through telehealth while partnering with families to support meaningful, lasting change. You'll manage a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week , with the flexibility to choose part-time or full-time . Your day-to-day will include: 🧠 Conducting clinical intakes and assessments 📝 Developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans 💻 Providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth 🤝 Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team 📋 Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Providing family education and care coordination 🌎 Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs and experiences Scheduling: Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2:00–9:00 PM EST .
