Bilingual Pharmacy Technician (Bilingual Pharmacy Support) | Remote Join a growing healthcare team supporting home dialysis patients by providing exceptional customer service, order processing, and prescription support in a fully remote environment. Responsibilities Process customer orders and prescription-related requests accurately. Handle inbound customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues. Verify patient information while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Track shipments and coordinate delivery issues with internal teams. Process returns, credits, and backorder requests. Collaborate with departments such as Transportation, Sales, Routing, and Collections. Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and customer service. Qualifications Active Pharmacy Technician certification/license (IL, WI, IN, or FL). Active PTCB or NHA certification. Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). 2+ years of call centre/customer service experience in a healthcare or clinical setting. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient support skills. Work Environment 100% Remote (HIPAA-compliant home workspace required). Monday to Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST. Paid remote training provided. Reliable high-speed wired internet required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.15 - $21.63/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
