Bilingual Travel & Lifestyle Phone Agent – Premium Travel Services Mexico City (Hybrid) (Bilingual English–Spanish) Location: Hybrid – Mexico City (CDMX) Employment Type: Full-Time Total Compensation: Up to $34,290 MXN per month Training: Paid onboarding and training provided Start Date: To Be Confirmed Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Travel & Lifestyle Phone Agent to support a premium international travel services operation serving U.S.-based customers. This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about travel, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced global environment. The position focuses on providing world-class service to premium clients while assisting with domestic and international travel arrangements, personalized itinerary planning, and customer support. This is a hybrid position based in Mexico City . Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service in a high-volume inbound travel call environment Create and service domestic and international travel bookings including flights, hotels, and car rentals Design personalized travel experiences tailored to customer preferences Communicate travel offerings, benefits, and exclusive services Maintain a customer-first approach in every interaction Navigate multiple systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance Meet and exceed service and performance goals Support clients with travel-related inquiries and issue resolution Required Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required) Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or premium customer service Strong communication and active listening skills Ability to multitask across multiple systems and platforms High attention to detail and customer satisfaction Results-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends Reliable work setup suitable for hybrid operations Preferred Qualifications Prior call center experience in high-volume environments Knowledge of global destinations and travel geography Experience creating customized travel itineraries Familiarity with booking platforms or CRM systems Compensation & Benefits Total Monthly Compensation: Up to $34,290 MXN Includes: Base Salary: $21,700 MXN Guaranteed Cash Benefits: $6,440 MXN Variable Performance Incentives: Up to $6,150 MXN Eligibility for annual performance bonus Paid training and professional development Hybrid work model in Mexico City Company-provided computer equipment Career growth opportunities in an international environment About New Comienzos New Comienzos is a binational nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering bilingual professionals, returnees, and deportee talent by connecting them with high-quality career opportunities, professional development, and long-term growth pathways.
