If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and love helping people, we'd love to meet you! 🌟 What You'll Do As a Billing Agent, you'll play a critical role in supporting our patients and clinical teams by ensuring insurance and billing information is complete before appointments. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Contacting patients by phone, email, and text to collect missing insurance information ✅ Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits using Waystar, Availity, insurance portals, and other payer resources ✅ Confirming network participation, behavioral health coverage, and authorization requirements ✅ Communicating directly with insurance carriers when additional information is needed ✅ Documenting all insurance verification details accurately within patient records ✅ Assisting commercial patients with adding payment methods and completing Financial Responsibility Forms before their first appointment ✅ Delivering outstanding customer service while helping patients navigate insurance and billing questions 📊 What Success Looks Like We're looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and creating a positive patient experience.
