We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey! Your Mission: We are looking for a Senior Billing Analyst to join our fast-growing Billing and Collections team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our billing operations. You will take ownership of complex billing processes, resolve high-impact billing challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless billing services. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will help strengthen financial controls, drive process improvements, and support the continued growth and success of our business. Responsibilities Execute, review, and validate monthly billing tasks and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts, pricing terms, financial policies, revenue recognition, and SOX requirements Provide billing support to merchants, resolving queries and delivering data-driven explanations Perform variance and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain billing configurations and pricing logic within systems Support month-end close, reconciliations, audit requests, and billing control improvements Partner with internal teams to improve billing processes and ensure smooth operations Advanced Excel skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and maintain accurate records Excellent attention to detail Qualifications Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field Fluency in English and Greek 2+ years of experience in billing, finance, or analytical roles Private Health Care Provident Fund Competitive holiday allowance Gym Membership Nuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates collaboration and innovation and is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive workplace.
